  • IT'S FINE TO HAVE A LIST OFTHINGS YOU WOULD LIKE TO RESOLVE. WE CAN SEE WHAT THE BODY CAN DO. IT'S A GOOD IDEA TO WRITE DOWN THINGS THAT COME TO MIND DURING THE TIME LEADING UP TO YOUR SESSION. 
  • IT'S ALSO PERFECT TO HAVE A MORE GENERAL INTENTION OR FOCUS AREA SUCH AS ''MORE ENERGY AND BETTER HEALTH'. 
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BE ONLINE AND READY AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SESSION TIME. BEING LATE CAN RESULT IN A SHORTER SESSION TIME. 
  • HAVE A GLASS OF WATER WITHIN REACH.
  • EAT LIGHT AND HEALTHY ON THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION AND MAKE SURE YOU DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. HEAVY MEALS REQUIRE A LOT OF ENERGY TO DIGEST WHICH YOU CAN USE TOWARDS HEALING. THESE SESSIONS ARE ALSO AN ENERGETIC DETOX. A FULL TUMMY CAN BE UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN HEAVY EMOTIONS AND TOXINS SUCH AS HEAVY METALS ARE BEING RELEASED.

  • REMEMBER TO SPEAK KINDLY TO YOUR BODY. OUR CELLS HAVE AS A PRIORITY TO CREATE GOOD HEALTH FOR US, YET IF THEY ARE NOT GIVEN GOOD INSTRUCTIONS AND  NOURISHMENT THEY CAN'T DO THEIR JOB. WHEN WE SPEAK HARSHLY TO OURSELVES  OUR CELLS WILL FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THESE COMMANDS EVEN THOUGH THIS IS SACRIFICIAL FOR  THEM. YOU CAN USE THE POWER OF THE SPOKEN WORD TO PROGRAM YOUR CELLS TO HELP CREATE GOOD HEALTH FOR YOU.

AFTER YOUR SESSION GUIDELINES

  • IT'S NOT UNUSUAL TO FEEL EXHAUSTED THE DAY AFTER AN QUANTUM KINESIOLOGY SESSION. THIS SHOULD PASS AFTER 24 HOURS AND YOU WILL FEEL BETTER THE FOLLOWING DAY. 
  • WHEN YOU FALL INTO AN OLD PATTERN OR MAKE A MISTAKE PLEASE BE KIND TO YOURSELF AND SIMPLY FORGIVE YOURSELF. JUST THE FACT YOU ARE OBSERVING YOUR THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS MEANS YOU ARE CONSCIOUSLY CREATING YOUR EXPERIENCES. 
  • START PAYING MORE ATTENTION TO WHERE THE MIND WANDERS OFF TO. MOST PEOPLE REALISE IT'S OFTEN THE SAME THINGS THAT PREOCCUPY THEM AND STOP THEM FROM FINDING FULFILLMENT IN THE PRESENT. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO BRING PEACE TO THAT AREA OF YOUR LIFE?

  • ALCOHOL OVER-CONSUMPTION: IT'S NOT ONLY VERY UNHEALTHY TO DRINK TO EXCESS IT ALSO PARTLY TAKES YOUR SPIRIT OUT OF YOUR BODY AND ALLOWS OTHER  ENERGIES IN. YOU CAN END UP WITH SERIOUS SPIRIT DISTURBANCE. ALL ADDICTIONS OPEN A DOORWAY TO INTERFERENCE AS WE HAVE DECIDED TO GIVE OUR POWER AWAY.   • GETTING ENOUGH GOOD QUALITY SLEEP IS A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF GOOD HEALTH. HERE ARE SOME POINTERS: 1. TRY TO GO TO BED AROUND THE SAME TIME EVERY NIGHT. 2. KNOW HOW MUCH SLEEP YOU NEED TO NOT BE TIRED AND ENSURE YOU GET IT 3. ENSURE YOUR ROOM IS DARK, WELL VENTILATED WITH FRESH AIR, AND NOT TOO WARM. 4. NO 'SCREEN TIME' OF ANY TYPE AT LEAST AN HOUR BEFORE BED. 5 DON'T SLEEP WITH YOUR PHONE UNDER YOUR PILLOW OR IN YOUR BED. PLACE  IT ON A NIGHTSTAND IF YOU USE IT AS AN ALARM CLOCK. 6 MEDITATING DAILY AND FOCUSING ON POSITIVE THINGS BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP WILL PROMOTE BETTER AND DEEPER SLEEP.  
  • SET UP A REGULAR EXERCISE ROUTINE FOR EACH WEEK. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU GET AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OF EXERCISE  PER DAY.
  • MAKE SOME TIME IN YOUR YEARLY COMMITMENTS TO FAST OR GO ON A DETOX. 
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY REMEMBER THAT LIFE IS TO BE ENJOYED!
