Refund Policy

Services include any and all services offered such as quantum kinesiology sessions, packages, courses, workshops and group therapy conducted through Zoom, Skype, Messenger, through any other online apps or services, by phone, remotely or in person. 

This policy also includes all and any products such as downloadable items. 

Should you need to reschedule a quantum kinesiology healing (or other healing or session) please give as much notice as possible. Changes must be made at least 48 hrs before your session and via email to: [email protected] and contain the information as stipulated below.  

PLEASE NOTE: The following information is required for any refund claim:

  • Full Name 
  • Address 
  • Email
  • Contact Number 
  • Description of what has been paid for  
  • Reason for asking for a refund

Cancellations submitted within the 48-hour timeframe or ‘no shows’ will be charged the full fee. These not only waste time but prevent others from accessing therapy when they might need it. 

Regarding courses, retreats and workshops: All deposits for courses, retreats and workshops or other classes are non-refundable. Under certain circumstances deposits may be used for future classes if a minimum of 3 weeks notice is given. For any courses, retreats, workshops that have been paid in full, where cancellation is given at least 3 weeks prior to commencement we will consider to refund minus the deposit which is non-refundable.   

If a client decides to withdraw from a course, programme, workshop or retreat while it is in progress, no refunds will be issued.

By signing up for any of the abovementioned services, you as the client agree that Marjolein Tonnaer (Jojo Tonnaer) at her sole discretion, may terminate this Agreement and suspend or terminate client participation without a refund if a client becomes disruptive or is in violation of the terms.

Please note: downloaded products, once received by the client are not eligible for a refund. If the client is eligible for a refund on a course, workshop or package due to unforeseen circumstances then the price of the received downloaded products will be deducted.

Jojo is committed to providing the best quality service and support to her clients so they have truly rewarding and profound shifts that assist them to live life from a more authentic, whole (integrated) joyful and embodied place.  She does realise that occasionally clients need to cancel or reschedule at short notice. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our services please contact us by email and ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase adhering to the guidelines mentioned above.
